Purchase a tablet online for christmas, recieve confirmation and estimated arrival date, couple hours later I recieve an email saying that the order was cancelled as the item was no longer in stock. I called and spoke to a representative who was as informed as i was, he told me the order was cancel and there was nothing sears can do... Oh and by the way your money will be in your account 3-5 business day... All the supervisors and manager did nothing but just saying sears reserve the right to cancel its in the tos... You agreed to it when you place the order whether you read it or not... Finally got a manager who offered me 10% off future purchase, my response. So you can can cancel the order at your pleasing, no thanks. I wont be buying anything else at sears or any of its affilates... They even had the nerves to send me emails. I have ask for my email address remove from their system...
