Correcting my problem!

I tried several times with emails to correct my problem with your company. So I decided to just call the phone number. I talked to a young lady and I think her name was Kathy. She directed me on what to do which was nothing like the emails told me to do. She fixed my problem in about 10 minutes but we talked about 20 minutes with me telling her what all I had been instructed to do. We had a lot of laughs and she was precious. I hope I got her name right because she certainly needs to be recognized. Maybe you have a record of our call. She was GREAT! Couldn't get the happy fact on this note when I clicked.
