I will never buy an HP product as long as I am alive! Paid $1700 for what was suppose to be a good upgraded laptop. One week into this piece of crap and HP charged me $60 to marry it up to my monitor. After an hour, the guy still not having a clue, wanted another $60 I said no. Fixed it myself with information I was giving him that he was to dumb to understand. Then, I doubt if I used the AD7561S dvd no more than 10 hours. HP says. If the CD works, the DVD is fine. I Won't Read DVD Just CD For $60 He said It is a software issue. I said NO. Not going to give you jerks anymore money for your evil deceptive business practices... Still have a problem even after reinstalling the entire operating system... Hrmph... Never Buy from these A$H0L@S again...
