Magic Jack voice over phone service can not solve renewal issues - Magic Jack VoIP

I paid for one year of service and when I tried to renew the service after it had expired, I was not able to. The on line renewal would not take my information. When using the Only way to "talk" to them, aka, the chat room, they told me my internet provider was blocking the transaction. I called my internet provider and was told they do not block these transactions. I then turned off all firewalls and tried again. No luck. I did everything they told me to do with no success.in the end I purchased a cell phone and tried to port the magicjack number to the cell and was told I could not do that without a current subscription. They also said I did not give them the correct account number. I was never given an account number, the only identifiers used ever with magicjack was the phone number itself and my email address. This company is impossible to deal with! The people in the chat rooms are useless. I would not use magicjack for anything, the frustration level is just not worth the money. Oh by the way, the phone quality is not the best either.
