Dell have Faulty Laptops

Hi,

I was bought a laptop Serial No. 5N10GS1 on August 7 from AA Enterprises (recommended by Pakistan Office Products (POP), Lahore, Pakistan), Lahore, Pakistan. That was a faulty loptop. Next day I was gone to POP's office to claim its warranty and I shown them the faults of my laptop. They take my laptop and said to me that come back tomorrow. Ok, next day I go to their office then they said to me to come back after 2 days and so on. Finally after 6 visits they give me replacement. But the new laptop Serial No. BK43GS1 was also faulty. Now I am visiting them again and waiting for solution and they are saying me that they will not give me replacement but they will only repaire my laptop which has major faults from 1st day.

I have also waste 2 licence of MS Windows 7 Professional and also 2 Licence of MS Office 2010 on those 2 laptops. I am in a big pain and I have also lost 1 month of my warranty without using my laptop.
