Conns Example: Sears
Conn's Sears broken washing machine

When I walk into Conns they run to help me, but when there is a problem they run. I'm buying a lap. The casing broken. The screws broke inside it. There is no broken peices on the out side of the casing. They want to say its my fault. And will not fix it. I think they should stand by thier products for more than two tears and not blame it on the custermers. Run to use when your item breaks and help.
