Bad management

I was in the store shopping, and Manager Mr. Gootson or whatever his name is was very rude. He has been rude on a number of occasions while shopping in the store. Also, the repeative asking for your name at the register holds up the line, they need to come up with a better customer database so the long lines are not held up.
