Online Laptop Sale Showed In Stock but Was Unavailable

Beware of On Line sales and weekly ads. I ordered a Toshiba laptop (model L755-S5311) online that the weekly ad showed on sale for $379. The website also showed it as

"available" in the local store in Taylor, MI. I confirmed my online purchase with a credit card and went there to pick up my

"online order" when it was supposed to be available the next day... When I arrived at the local store they said it was out of stock. I later called Customer Service who suggested I look for a little more expensive one online as the other one was out of stock/on backorder. Customer service (the 888 #) said they could not tell if it would ever be available so I cancelled my order. Everyone I spoke with was professional and friendly but where's my "available" computer... I feel I just wasted my time in the online ordering process and travelling to/from the store. Also I ordered the bargain priced security software for my new computer which they offer with a new PC purchase. They reportedly did ship that to me... I only hope they give me a full refund as I certainly don't need it now. That will be another trip I have to make on my time and my gas to the Best Buy store... Just to cover their mistakes.
