Never purchase HP product, simply because they won’t uphold their product

I've a-7 week-old HP Pavilion pc the drive failed on. Named assistance plus they explained the drive failed. Our choices are give a charge card plus they deliver a brand new drive in my experience FOR ME PERSONALLY to displace or deliver a clear container for me personally to submit to some restoration service and fix—6 to 2 months transformation. I reported and was guaranteed telephone calls from the manager—never occurred. Ultimately got your hands on somebody plus they explained flat-out that they can support the guarantee part and nothing else. Never an apology for several my lost-work period or even the reality there item failed in 6 months and 4 days after purchase. Therefore my company involves a standstill simply because they won’t entertain any choice to get me-up and operating quicker than 6 to 2 months. Won't purchase another HP product actually, so that as a company advisor to get a fortune 500 organization I'll individually inform every business proprietor I understand not to buy an HP product simply because they won’t uphold their item.
