They'll request you to proceed the website and substitute a component they identified to repair the issue and eventually ends up not being the right dignosis. They claim they'renot likely to spend since you did not take a seat on the telephone on-hold using their tech-support individual who does not have a just how to repair some type of computer and it is possibly a five buck one hour moron. After I let them know that it requires a powersupply they request should you bareboned teh pc and all of this othet bs. The main reason theya re requesting is basically because they buy the cheapest components feasible for their Basics Guarantee repairs that occasionally it requires two or three nefore one turns up that really works. And somehow the technology gets faulted and attributed for several this. Steer clear not wort the awful 35 dollars. Yes thats really all they spend. If it had beennot virtually next doorI would not have troubled.
