I would not buy from them again

I delivered an item plus they charged me A - 20% restocking charge, that was relating for their return policy. But it was the very first time in my own existence that the business held the sum total of the income tax on the returned product. They did not actually hand back 80% of it. Their clarification was: "The revenue tax is gathered from the the neighborhood tax agency." Seems bad in my experience. Only for that encounter I'd not purchase from their website again.
