Sprint PCS is one of the cellphone companies who force customers to fall in unwanted contracts...
I am a sprint pcs customer for over 7 years and so far is been a nightmare trying to get out of it
Sprint PCS is a company who does not care about loyalty customers, I started with two years contract and everytime I had call them to make a change in my plan they put me in a new contract, so if I decide to add more minutes or a simple fixture to my phone, they make you get in to another contract... Very disappointed with sprint customer services when I call them and ask why my contract never end... They simply reply you make changes in the contract therefor a new two years contract must be apply to your account...
I'm very happy with the new law
