NEVER Buy This Product

I have Windows Vista, and I bought this product with seeing the commercial and reading some reviews, and it worked, but the quality was bad and not all calls went through. The worst part... It gave my computer a serious virus that even system restore had trouble with. It's a Windows Security setting that activates with the jack, and refused to allow internet access or bought security settings to pop up. It had additional virus add-ons and the product is NOT worth what was paid for, even though apparently there's only a $20 dollar fee for the year. What isn't said is how much money is going to the fix-it shop for the major repairs. I hate the product!
