HP Pavilion dv7 Incompetence

Well unfortunately there can't be any slander, because there's no other words to describe this terrible laptop with! The fist week was great! No problems what so ever. HAHA then it decided to be dumb and froze every time i clicked on ANYTHING! And please tell me how I'm supposed to use a computer without clicking on anything?! I can't go on the internet, I can't watch a movie, I can't even use Word. What's the point of me using such a horrible laptop?! If you are considering buying this laptop DON'T! It over heats WAY to fast! The fan is noisier than the music I play (which isn't often because it won't let me) and every time a new update is downloaded onto it, it becomes twice as slow than it was without the upgrade I have no choice over! As to why HP would sell such a ridiculously pathetic laptop is beyond me! If I knew this thing would work like this, well, I would have definitely been a Mac person!
