Vista Locks Up With Constant Spinning Wheel

Computers & Services

Vista locks up and just keeps its little spinning wheel going for hours. Required to reboot or use "End task Now" command to get it to stop. Very slow software, sadly stuck with it since it was on my computer when purchased.
