Purchased 5 year subscription in July. After 2 months cannot access site as it wants to renew subscription. Live Chat offers various reasons for problem and indicates someone will contact me. It has been 7 weeks and multiple contacts to Live Chat with no response and no phone service. It was pretty poor service to begin with but this lack of response borders on fraud.
