Be extremely cautious

I requested an Asus EEE-PC 901HA through Buy.com, following the product was proven to be in-stock and might deliver in 1-2 business days.

On 12/2/08, I received an email from Datavis explaining that the item was out of stock, and that it would be another week before they had it in stock again, but that they did have the 904HA model ($50 more expensive!) in stock they might deliver quickly.

I responded saying that I required them inside a particular schedule, and that when they couldn't achieve that, subsequently to stop my purchase.

The next morning, I obtained a contact from Buy.com informing that my purchase have been terminated. No more reactions have now been forthcoming from Datavis.

I chose to observe that which was stated about Datavis online, and discovered several grievances from other individuals who had obtained comparable treatment.

I'd recommend one to be excessively careful when it comes to Datavis for almost any possible purchase.
