Notebook Town in El Paso, Florida offers and fixes notebooks. I traded my Toshiba laptop for an HP Pavilion, since the price to correct my laptop was more costly than purchasing a used notebook. Large mistake! The storeowner didn't clarify exactly what the warranty protected. I told him the cooling fans didn't function, and he explained he might repair them in a $90 dollar-per hour job price. I told him that is clearly a rip-off and just why does not he guarantee what he offers. I submitted a problem using the BBB, but my criticism was never solved. Prevent this shop such as the plague.! He's way too many conflicting grievances on document using the BBB.
