Ink cartridge #920 nearly empty after a week of regular use

My concern is the near empty ink levels after a week or regular use. Ink has registered low after a few uses with my last two #920 purchases from Office Depot. The first time ink was low I returned it for a replacement cartridge. Now, I believe that you selling ink cartridges that are not full. What is HP doing to correct this? Are you trying to force us to purchase the X920?
