Magic jack is a scam

I ordered mj by phone. They have no cust. Service. They asked for my cr. Card. They said they would not bill within 30 days. When i received the jack, i had to activate it and put in my cr. Card again. When i received the bill i was double charged! There is only live chat and no cust. Serv. They transferred me again and again. They finally credited me for one double charge but charged me another charge that i didn't know of! They turned off service for no reason. I am still trying to get all my money back. It is a scam!!!
