No help no response on service

Attempted often to get going but none of the info directed at me did like ref.# or register signal they got my charge card and applied it today I can not get any reaction. Rules won't trigger there's no-call number and individuals that required the oder wont support. What exactly am i to complete? I do want to stop however they wont actually do this trigger the avangate won't reply please support!
