Difficult to use

Our 14-year old boy bought a Natural Dot Moneypak at Walmart some time back. He dropped the bill that you have to trigger the card and today we are able to no further make use of the card that was 4.95 to trigger along side 50.00 bucks put into the card to get a whole of 54.95. I called Moneypak plus they cannot help us. I subsequently named Walmart plus they also stated they cannot support. That is clearly a lack of 54.95 for all of US along with a gain of 54.95 for Moneypak. Exactly what a fraud they will have put up. It is predatory on those individuals who shed the bill.: (
