Declined credit. I have perfect credit. Discrimination

I had been informed that I had been pre-approved due to their credit line. I stuffed the shape and was refused. I'd excellent credit however now I've a tough request from their store on my statement. They lay and ruin credit. Suit for false advertisment! Do not promote in the event that you cannot provide!
