Merchandise turned out to be inferior, faulty equipment

I bought equipment on the internet from Computer Geeks Discount Store, Inc., Vista, CA 92083. I approached the organization since I had been having trouble using the equipment. The item ended up to become poor, defective gear. Because the organization provided no help I delivered anything. Today they would like to cost me A - 15% restocking charge. Up to now I've not obtained any credit for that return whatsoever.
