ETrailer.com sells defective auto parts!

Cars & Transport

During spring I bought a bicycle provider and truck hitch from etrailer.com. After just one weekend hiking vacation, the problem bent to the stage the bicycle provider was almost pulling on the floor. After I approached etrailer.com with information of the equipmentis substandard performance, I had been dissatisfied to learn that etrailer.com didn't remain behind its equipment. Etrailer.com asked me to come back the faulty gear that I'd bought—but just at my very own cost! For me, that's barely the positioning that the respected organization must follow.

Even worse, after I delivered the problem, etrailer.com required the freedom of subtracting outbound delivery along with a 20% restocking charge from their general reimbursement. Hence, I wound up netting $33.14 in substitution for a problem that initially cost $159.95. To conclude, if you should be searching for bicycle hitches or additional car components, I DON'T suggest etrailer.com.

In my own knowledge, etrailer.com offers faulty gear, and etrailer.com has small problem for that price or trouble that it causes its clients.
