Laptop returned from motherboard replacement will not boot

So I sent in my laptop to Dell to have the motherboard replaced, which they did, now before I sent it to them the laptop worked fine (the nvidia chipset was damaged and couldn't play games, but switching to the intel I was able to at least browse around) I get it back and now the damn thing won't boot up at all! They claim it's my hard drive, but I swapped to a new hard drive that we have here that has Windows installed on it and its the same problem, so its not the hard drive!
