I bought a computer they said it comes with the software but they gave me a used one i told the manager (Kent) give me the money back and he tread me bad like making joke on me. He didn't gave me my money back. For me they steal my money. I even call the police and made a report about it. I want Best Buy you fire this gentleman for bad service.
