Reported the problem through error reporting and gave email address for a response. Then found the TurboTax support page and opened a ticket.incident #223374758. Told to call 800-797-4625. The current wait was 5 minutes. Then did a few things in preparation for the call and made the call 30 minutes later (it was about 3:30pm PST). I waited for 15 minutes and then got a message saying my question would be answered very soon. It wasn't.instead I got this message every 5 or 6 minutes thirteen more times! I decided the support office was closed by then and resolved to complain to someone. This is just stupid. There are many software programs that can ask for a phone number to call back and since Intuit is making a fortune on the business programs, just taking a number after say 30 minutes or three of those "will be with you in a moment" seems like good business to me, especially if the customer is reporting a bug in your software.
