Our kids Vaio drive failed, and all her assignment work was dropped. She purchased this pc in September of and failed in February. She approached Sony support plus they were likely to send a specialist to change out the drive. He ultimately named to setup a scheduled appointment for that evening! She could not get it done, and he questioned about Friday. She advised him she was in course until after 1:30pm, after which he swore and stated good, mon at 2 and hung-up on her. She explained what occurred and just how he was so rude to her. Nowadays is mon, and he turned up at 12! While she arrived home from course having a buddy (to not be alone in the home having a unusual fix guy), he called her (after 2) and he or she didnot identify the amount and didnot answer. She did call-back and he informed her he was out and he or she was not below and he was delivering the components back again to sony. I named him and questioned what occurred and he lied and stated the visit was for 12 and he or she was not below. Then he explained he attempted to contact her-but "IF SHE'D ANSWER HER CELLPHONE!" ETC. He then explained he was performing her a benefit. That sony informed him to close-out the solution. After concerning the third-time he explained he was performing her a favor, I dropped it and informed him it had been not really a favor, it had been his work! He also explained he had obtained images of our home!!! Today how weird is the fact that? After I named sony to protest, they questioned what organization did he work with? He didn't express a business, but should not sony understand who they're giving out? Therefore we now have to hold back another 4-6 times for sony to setup a scheduled appointment. Meanwhile my criticism may you need to be mounted on her support solution, and that I might not actually obtain a ask it! I'm likely to consider this more. Taking photos of our home makes us feel broken, and today we're all unpleasant.
