ESP5 printer - ESP5 All in 1 printe

I purchased an ESP5 printer for my business based on TV infomercial info. I did not start using this printer daily until several months after purchase. I had only printed about 4 pictures and a dozen copies before the ink had to be replaced from evaporation. After replacing the ink, I have ran about 6 pictures and less than 2 dozen copies and now the printer head needs to be replaced. Getting a replacement part is turning out to be an effort in temper control. After calling the number for Kodak, talking to a service person who was hard to understand, getting a case # (6660186), sending a FAX for proof of puchase, following up on receiving of the FAX (which has yet to be received), it has been 2 days and I yet to have a print head on its way to me. It will be a number of more days before the print

Head gets to me after all the paperwork in finished. I use this printer in my business and can not be waiting 5-7 days to get a part. This part should be on the shelf beside the ink cartridges and ready available. Based on other complaints and comments I have seen, the print head appears to be a quality issue with this printer. It should not have gone bad after printing less than 4 dozen copies. It should not be such a hassle or so time consuming to get a part. I will get a print head even if I have to purchse one, but it will probably be the last one that I need. I have regrets for purchasing this printer and plan to replace it as soon as I can with another brand. It is not living up to what was covered in its TV ad. I can not recommend Kodak printers to other users. Too bad. It looked like a quality printer that could save you money over time. However, that has not been my experience so far.
