Vaio support

I have found Sony Vaio technical support to be the worst of any computer maker I've tried. Their products aren't bad but the wait time for support is horrible, no one is in the US, no one knows how to handle issues and their are so many support and warranty departments all with different computer systems, it seems like they don't know what to do ever and it takes way too much time.
