Used merchandise advertised as new and it doesn't work!

I requested a Microsoft wireless keyboard and mouse (model#3000) and obtained a model#3000 keyboard with amidel#5000 mouse plus they equally wear;t work! Along with it, they're obviously used products with dust places on base of keyboard and scores on both! After I sent a, their reaction was email back them for alternative which I'd need to purchase delivery! What??? Therefore, I simply named and got a (they're not available however) and also the it reduces me down in the centre of the concept! Ugh!!!
