This is NOT a complaint, but since I just joined, I didn't know how to comment or reply to other complaints. I was actually thinking about ordering the EZ Eyes keyboard and I stumbled across a few complaints in my search results. I was curious to know what everyone is calling their "false advertisement" and "additional costs". The company's TV ad states that the DOUBLE the offer... Meaning they send you a second keyboard and a second mouse. The TV ad also clearing states that you must "PAY SEPERATE PROCESSING AND SHIPPING COSTS" for EACH keyboard and mouse. According to the company's official website, the shipping is $7.95 x 2, plus $14.95 for the first keyboard. That comes to a little over $30.00... Which is still not bad as long as they do what they say they are suppose to do and there is no additional hidden costs. I am almost certain that the TV ad states that the company offers to give your money back if you are not satisfied with the keyboard.
