Terrible customer service

I'm not sure where these people learned to run a business... I ordered a $220 ipod and they didn't send it or contact me, after I called and emailed for 2 weeks and submitted a claim with paypal, they finally emailed me. They never answer their phone. They then informed me that they were out of the color I ordered. Why was it listed on the site then? Skip over this site please
