Still waiting on refund (LIARS)

I named and terminated my purchase again on November 12th was informed then that my cash could be returned NO LATER than thirty days from then. Nicely Dec 12th arrived and went no cash, and so I named on 12/13/10 to determine that which was up they stated they just approach discounts on Mondays. I've named EVERY Friday sence then but still NO return!!! Today is 1/11. The corporation is only a rip-off along with a couple of liars. I'm along the way of my lawyer getting into contact with them and that I have documented the final many telephone calls designed to them. The general public may understand what is certainly going on ACTUAL soon... Via Television...
