Worst Customer Service - Customer Service and Billing

I ordered a new number and due to technical/system failure, I did not receive the number I ordered. However, when I contacted the customer service, they refused to cancel my order nor they would give me a credit. Even I asked to just replace the number but all they did was refuse me... Did not expect that from Magic Jack..
Every company has a telephone customer service but Magic Jack does not... What does that tell you? That means if you mess up on your order, do not expect to get a credit nor any other courtesy assistance...

I am very disappointed... I will not recommend anyone to buy Magic Jack...
