Worst Customer Service - Bad product

Magicjack is not as easy to install as they say it is. Mine did not work and still does not work. I have spent over two hours on their Liveperson chatroom doing the same thing over and over and over again. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I would not get a Magicjack. All it is is a cheap piece crap that will only give you a headache. What you save on your phone bill is not worth the hassle.
