Does not perform as presented in ad

As numerous others I currently discover I, also, was target of the FRAUD advertisement regarding a netbook (EZ netbook). Needed a bank card (no charge cards accepted) and there is no-return until item faulty. Got this "doll" netbook recently, and can't discover a way to make use of it with web, as advertised. Additionally, the guide has small if any coaching that's useful. It's adorable... However it is useless... Also it cost $198.00 with delivery. ($179.00 plus 19.99 delivery) The netbook arrived via US postal company, priority mail. Was advised it'd deliver in 15 times, it arrived in 5... Requested on November 13, first got it recently, November 18. I'm a senior (81 years old) on the limited budget... Since is actually exhausted more by nearly $200.00.
