Hopefully this gets to manager that gives a hoot!
I have returned the products and am waiting for my money to be returned to my account. It has been long enough, I want to know what is going on and want a manager to call me ASAP or I will have to turn this problem over to someone that can get me answers.
Again I did not and I repeat I did not order the other products that you sent me. I talked to someone there and they stated that your company would send me the audiotapes about my order, I have yet received it.
Two days after I returned the first package from you (that I didn't order) I received another package again that I didn't order and was billed for "without my approval" and why should I have to pay shipping from your business and again from my house back to your business. Forgive me but this is a bunch of bull.
Don't take this as a threat but if a manager doesn't contact me via phone by Monday @ 12:00 noon central time I will have to turn this matter over to someone that can get me some answers and my money back. I have spent approximately one hour on the phone with someone at your company trying to resolve this matter. It's time this comes to an end!
