Customer number 17089793, was to receive a free netbook with purchase of Power Point. Sent paperwork in April 6 and have not received it yet. I have called and emailed numerous times, no response. All phone numbers are no longer active and the email does not get a response. I cannot access the website at this time, as I was to be able to do for one year.
