I paid in over a 1,000.00 dollars in the game

I paid in advance for one year and they cut me off half way through the year loosing everything i worked hard for I tried to talk to them no responce. They shut me down once befor accusing me of credit card frad and i had to prove myself before they let me back in and i did meanwile they were hitting my account with out my knowing of this till later.
