Make you pay $17 a month to play the game that you bought for $50

Internet & Web

I bought Star Wars Galaxies at wal mart today. I paid $50 for it. When I got home It said that I needed to be connected to the Internet which I didn't have. So I had to install AOL 8.0. That took 3 and a half hours to do. Then it said that I got a month free. Then I had to pay $180 a year to keep it. It says on the front of the box this. (Valid credit card or paid game card (if available) and additonal recurring fees required to play this game). It says that in little tiny letters at the far right bottom of the box.

It wouldn't even play the game to make sure that everything worked okay. I had to buy at least a one month contract to just test it out. The game looks cool though. To bad I won't be able to play it without having to always be paying for it: (
