Keypad Popped Out and Mouse Wobbly on New Computer

In 09 I bought a HP computer. 4 days later I took it back to Best Buy. One of the keys pads just popped out. Turns out it was discontinued, so I bought another one more expensive. In 09 I took it in because of the mouse it was all wobbly. I do not think Best Buy did a good job because I have that problem again. The mouse is all wobbly again. I am 75 years old so I take good care of my possessions.
