Horrible Service Buyer Beware - Allof the above

It worked fine for about 3 months, then the voice quality was sketchy. Then it would just randomly shut off, I would find myself and my family and friends calling the house only for it to go strait to voice mail. Then it stopped working altogether. I called support asking for a replacement and they kept going back and forth for 6hours having me do the same things over and over and when the person on the other end would get frustrated, they would have me reboot my computer so that I was no longer their problem and I would have to talk to someone else. Finally when I was beyond fed up, they informed me that I could not get a replacement anyways and showed me their terms and conditions that stated that they would basically replace the defective device if they felt like it and in my case they did not. It was also nice how they knew this initially and just kept me going for 6 hours. I would not recommend this product to my worst enemy and will tell everyone that I can not to buy it either. Why can't companies make a product and actually stand by it or actually care about the service that their customers receive?
