To that we said cus again the cable and hardrive have nothing related to the scratch and they said i'd to attend for a solution from teh supervisor in s.A. Its ABSURD that you simply need to start your presentation there to check on all flaws (which btw I did so start it and that I noticed the damage but like I had been informed YOU'VE TO AWAIT A RESPONSE FROM s.A. Supervisor)

Conns is simply absurd along with a large damage that...
