Wanted to return an item and talked to sumil sai ext. 4440355 and he was no help. On hold 2 hours 3min and with no luck! Wanted to charge me for item i purchased 28 days ago no people skills. Knowledge was very limited. Language so bad couldnt understand! Give dell a bad name!
