Deceptive Practices

I requested a higher-stop gaming notebook for my company from FuturePowerPC (FuturePowerPC.com). No body else had them in stock, but their site stated they did. After I named them, they stated they'd none, but were obtaining a shipping in a couple of days. I requested and compensated after which waited patiently. 10 days later, I obtained 2 calls, backtoback, while I had been in a gathering having a customer. I let them visit voicemail. An hourapproximately later, I acquired the calls: the very first stated that they'd a cargo of the notebooks, but I had a need to make sure I still needed one. The following phone stated that I had been "ready" which it'd "vessel on Mon" (it had been Friday). I named them back anyhow to ensure that my edition of "ready" matched theirs. These were excessively rude and informed me that I dropped my devote point once they couldn't reach me. I questioned why I had a need to verify an order that used to do not stop and had supplied a charge card for plus they explained that "occasionally people do not wish to follow through". I questioned concerning the voicemail having said that I had been ready, and he examined my requested and confirmed that my notebook was offered to another person, but that I really could return in-line and delay till they got another shipping. Hmmmm... I would like to consider that the moment... Return in-line, after which delay from the telephone for times or possibly months... in order to not skip the large telephone call... You folks really are a laugh!
