Magic Jack
Poor volume on called phone

My magic jack can barely be heard when calling another phone (land line). The number is called through the computer "soft" phone, and dials out correctly and connects correctly, but the person being called is barely able to hear the audio. I have tried adjusting the speaker volume on the computers speakers (which shouldn't make any difference and it didn't), and the receiving phone's volume is turned all the way up, and there isn't an appreciable difference. I did not have this problem a week ago, but after being gone for several days, when I returned I could no longer dial out from a phone that is plugged directly into Magic Jack. The dial tone cannot be interrupted by the phone dialing out. Several phones were tried, and no success. Can anyone suggest what is wrong? I am using the DSL for my computer's internet line.
