Poor product, poor customer service

Don't purchase sibling. I purchased an allinone printer, which allegedly contains checking. I've not had the opportunity to determine just how to check files right into a pdf document. I looked over the guide, which stated consider the Disc. I looked over the Disc, which stated consider the site. I looked over the web site, which stated write us. I wrote them, and got directions that did not work. I've tried calling but am positioned on interminable store. Don't purchase out of this organization.
