Purchased new printer, and I got a used one with No software Cd

Bought a Kodak Printer Allinone 5500 from Bestbuy. (Worst Purchase).

After I opened the container I came across a used printer with printer cartridge mounted and document laded. No installation Disc No guide and also the cord was in a staples carrier.

I called the shop where I'd bought it plus they clamed that I'd bought a refurbished printer.

I paid regular cost the container didn't show utilized and that I selected it-up were the rest of the FRESH? Models were.

They've declined to obtain me a brand new printer when I bought and also the Supervisor is extremely rude! NO CUSTEMER SUPPORT
